We are currently seeking a part time outgoing professional to answer our incoming busy phone lines Monday 3 PM to 10 PM and the last Sunday of every month 10 AM to 6 PM. The ideal candidate would have some familiarity with the dealership environment but willing to train the correct candidate. Benefits

Responsibilities * Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers

• Work cooperatively with the all internal teams

Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner * Meter mail and ensure delivered to postal service nightly * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality * Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment * Professional appearance * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Landmark Ford, Inc. promotes equal opportunity through affirmative action in employment.
