Coastal Virginia Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is a long-standing, referral-based private practice built on trust, consistency, and strong relationships with patients, referring doctors, and one another. The culture here is relaxed, professional, and collaborative, with an emphasis on doing the right thing clinically while supporting one another as a team. There is no corporate pressure, no private equity influence, and no ego-driven environment, just high-quality surgery delivered by people who enjoy working together.
We are proudly 100% doctor-owned, with no plans to sell to private equity. This means your voice matters, and you can build a long-term future here with true stability, autonomy, and a clear path to ownership
Outside the practice, Coastal Virginia offers an exceptional quality of life. Virginia Beach offers access to the ocean, outdoor activities, and strong schools, with a family-friendly atmosphere and a manageable cost of living. You're within driving distance of major cities, the Outer Banks, and the mountains, making it easy to build both a career and a life here.
