SUMMARY

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Editorial Assistant to support the editorial team in the production of compelling, fact-checked, and polished podcast scripts. This role will work closely with senior editors, writers, and producers to ensure content meets our high editorial standards and mission-driven tone. What You’ll Do: Provide editorial support by formatting, proofreading, fact-checking, and organizing written materials Assist editors, reporters and writers in meeting deadlines and preparing content for internal reviews Conduct background research and records requests, and assist in gathering information for upcoming episodes or projects Support content development by transcribing and formatting interviews, digitizing records, and helping track key themes and details Communicate effectively across departments including editorial, production, and legal Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth function of the editorial team
